The Saguaros went to visit our friends at Lake Havasu Parks and Recreation. This was a great game for both the boys and girls team. The girls managed to get their first win witha score of 7/13. "I think we had a great game. It was really cool that we got our first win," Rachel, a Mighty Saguaros player, commented. The boys also had a great game. We won with the score being 11/27. Congrats on your wins, and we hope that your next game is as great as this one was!

The Mighty Saguaros boys team played the Royals, but our girls team had to scrimmage with each other. The boys played a very good game and won with a score of 17/40. The girls game was green (guest) vs white (home). The green team won with a score of 2/11.

"It was a challenging game," said Walter, one of our very own Saguaros. Last night the boys won their game against Foxcreek with the score 31-23. Sadly, the girls lost 18-6. "I honestly think that we tried our hardest, and we played the best that we could," commented Jessica, one of the players on the team. We wish the team the best of luck on their next game on Wednesday, January 11 at YSA. Good luck!

Last night, YSA had a great game! We were able to secure our first win of the season! It was a close call in the girls game, but in the end we got defeated with the score being 16-18.All during the game, the score was tied up, or somebody was ahead by a couple points, but in the end the Panthers won.
 In the boys game, it was very similar, but in the last period we really stepped up our game, and managed to win with the score being 31-24. "That was a crazy shot at the end! At the last five seconds a Saguaro player named Devin made a shot when the ball was in the air and the buzzer went on," commented one of the boys on YSA's team.
